AR. ROSAL LUZVINCENT DL DE OCAMPO, UAP

Founding Partner, Design Lead

Ving finished BS Architecture from the premiere University of the Philippines, Diliman in 2003. She completed her apprenticeship under one of the greatest Locsin prodigies, Ar. Luis Nicanor V. Aguirre IV. After earning her Professional License in 2004, she practiced in Quezon City where she worked in various capacities, among them in Arkinetika Design Studio, now Arkinetika, Inc., where she is one of the incorporators. She moved to the province in 2010, believing that the emerging built environment there should be directed by excellent architectural services as well. Her early works quickly made her a sought-after design professional, prompting her to establish ALLPHA Architects in 2013. Since then, she and her team have been known for their intelligence, integrity and impeccable work ethics. Ving is also a respected officer of the United Architects of the Philippines, a well-loved university instructor and frequently booked motivational speaker.

AR. CASPER A PAYONGAYONG, UAP

Managing Partner, Construction Lead

Casper earned his BS Architecture from one of the top Architecture schools in the country, the University of Sto. Tomas, in 2002 . He passed the Architecture Licensure Exam in 2004 and later on worked as the Project Manager for several high-end residential houses in Manila, Quezon City, Makati and Parañaque, mainly catering to Filipino-Chinese  clienteles. He has also extensively worked in several high-profile projects in Singapore, most notable of which is the world-renowned Gardens by the Bay (Bay South). After 7 years of having worked overseas, and gaining valuable experience and construction work fluency, he decided to come back to the Philippines and share it to the local community. He is currently a Part-time Instructor at the Bulacan State University College of Architecture and Fine Arts. His passion and commitment for his profession is  what drives him to excellence.
